The System R range continues to expand with the R452 and R652. The R452 featured a 1-inch metal-dome tweeter and an 8 inch woofer with a doped-paper cone and were able to produce a “balanced, uncoloured” sound. The R452 came with matching heavy wooden stand. The R652 utilised a new metal dome tweeter aray unit that was exclusively design by SEAS in Norway. They were described as producing a “big sound” for their smaller size.
