We spoke to Instagram follower @zuetamiush about his audio equipment, record collection and his favourite album

When did you start collecting records?

I started collecting records around 2017, so you could say I'm a freshman. Before that I used to buy only CDs, but slowly music on vinyl became something I wanted to experience, and I fell in love with it. Because of artworks, which are not so good looking on CDs because of smaller format, the sound, the magic of the first pressings and older releases. Vinyl is a true work of art.

What's your favourite record?

It is always hard to choose one favourite record I think, especially when you listen to different bands, which plays different music, and over the years your music taste evolves, sometimes leaving some of it behind. But some of it always stays with you. One of that albums is ‘Violator’ by Depeche Mode, wonderful piece of music by a great band I will never stop admiring.

Who is your favourite artist/band?

My favourite band is definitely Porcupine Tree and as a solo artist, the founder of that band, Steven Wilson. Porcupine Tree was actually the first band that introduced me to progressive music.

What's your favourite music based magazine?

Generally I do not read them, so I don’t have one. I read everything about music on the Internet.
